Interrogating Bias

The Interrogating Bias Workshop Series is a single workshop that provides organizations, schools and community groups with tools to recognize bias and interogate bias in the workplace. In 2014, The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) found that 83% of hate crimes are racial, religious, or relating to sexual orientation, this suggests an increasing tension between minority and majority populations. The workshop seeks to bridge some of the tension by introducing stakeholders to implicit and explicit bias at the micro and macro level. In addition, the workshop provides a brief introduction on how to create safe and inclusive space for all.
